Community Mental Health Survey 2023

If you have recently received community care or treatment from Kent and Medway Social care and partnership trust, you may receive an invitation to a survey in August 2023. The invitation is part of a national survey to find out about your experience of using our services. It gives you an opportunity to tell us about your experience and how it could be improved for people in the future.  There is a Freephone helpline provided with the invitation to support you in completing the questionnaire or to opt-out of taking part. Participation is voluntary and all answers are confidential.

The results are used by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, to build a picture of how NHS services are performing across the country and where improvement is needed.

We, as a trust, use the results to look at the way we listen to and learn from people and communities about their experiences, to ask the right questions about how services work together around people’s needs in a way that makes sense to them and turn that understanding into action.

We really appreciate and value hearing from as many people as possible about the quality of their care and hope to hear your views this year.
